Ingredients
For Reheating:
2
slices
precooked meatloaf
splash
beef broth or water
(optional, for added moisture)
to taste
favorite sauce or topping
(such as ketchup, BBQ sauce, or gravy)
Instructions
Oven Method:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the meatloaf slices on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
If desired, sprinkle a little beef broth or water over the meatloaf for added moisture.
Cover the meatloaf with another piece of aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the meatloaf is heated through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sauce on top.
Microwave Method:
Place the meatloaf slices on a microwave-safe plate.
If using, drizzle a bit of beef broth or water over the slices.
Cover the plate with a microwave-safe lid or wrap it in microwave-safe plastic wrap.
Heat on medium power for about 1 to 2 minutes, checking halfway through.
Ensure the meatloaf is heated through before serving.
Skillet Method:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of water or broth.
Place the meatloaf slices in the skillet and cover it with a lid.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping once, until the meatloaf is heated through and has a nice crust.
Serve with your choice of sauce.
