  • to taste favorite sauce or topping (such as ketchup, BBQ sauce, or gravy)

Instructions

Oven Method:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the meatloaf slices on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • If desired, sprinkle a little beef broth or water over the meatloaf for added moisture.
  • Cover the meatloaf with another piece of aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the meatloaf is heated through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sauce on top.

Microwave Method:

  • Place the meatloaf slices on a microwave-safe plate.
  • If using, drizzle a bit of beef broth or water over the slices.
  • Cover the plate with a microwave-safe lid or wrap it in microwave-safe plastic wrap.
  • Heat on medium power for about 1 to 2 minutes, checking halfway through.
  • Ensure the meatloaf is heated through before serving.

Skillet Method:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of water or broth.
  • Place the meatloaf slices in the skillet and cover it with a lid.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping once, until the meatloaf is heated through and has a nice crust.
  • Serve with your choice of sauce.
