Ingredients

Instructions
Start by finely chopping the onion and mincing the garlic cloves. Set them aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground turmeric, garam masala, curry powder, salt, and fresh coriander. Mix until well combined.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
