Indian Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 handful fresh coriander chopped
  • 1.1 lb ground chicken chicken mince

Instructions

  • Start by finely chopping the onion and mincing the garlic cloves. Set them aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground turmeric, garam masala, curry powder, salt, and fresh coriander. Mix until well combined.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
