Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 9 oz jam or thick preserves your favorite (e.g., lingonberry)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the honey.
  • Step 5: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and powdered sugar.
  • Step 6: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
