Ingredients

  • 1.3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion very finely chopped
  • 2 T Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning
  • 1 T Spike Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Olive oil for oiling the grill

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning, Spike Seasoning, and water. Use your hands to mix the ingredients well until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and mold it around the skewers into long, flat logs.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Place the shaped kabobs on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
  • Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
