Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders Skinless and boneless
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour Gluten-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup Keto breadcrumbs Substitute with more almond flour if needed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adds heat and depth
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, keto breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • In another bowl, beat the large egg until fully combined.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, then dredge it in the almond flour mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Flip halfway through for even crispiness.
  • Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
