Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, keto breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
In another bowl, beat the large egg until fully combined.
Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, then dredge it in the almond flour mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
