Ingredients
1.5cupsAlmond flour

1/4tspSalt
3/4cupMini chocolate chips or sugar-free chocolate chips
1/4cupFinely chopped walnutsoptional
2/3cupFull-fat shredded coconut
1.25cupsFull-fat canned coconut milk
2tbspCocoa powderoptional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, sweetener, melted coconut oil, and salt. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Pour the base mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use your spatula to press it evenly into the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts (if using) evenly over the base.
In another bowl, whisk together the full-fat coconut milk and cocoa powder (if using) until smooth. Pour this mixture over the layered toppings.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to the refrigerator to chill completely.
