Instructions
Preparation Steps:
Step 1: Marinate the wings in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and black pepper for coating.
Step 3: Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
Step 4: Coat marinated wings in the seasoned flour mixture.
Step 5: Fry wings for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 6: Prepare the BBQ sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
