Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a little space around the edges for the crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the sauce. Add the chopped lamb souvlaki, followed by the sliced red onion and kalamata olives. Finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano.
Bake the pizza for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
While the pizza is baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced dill, minced garlic, and salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.
Once the pizza is done, let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the top or serve it on the side for dipping. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
