Ingredients

For the Pizza:

  • 1/2 piece pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 cups lamb souvlaki (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 piece red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 1 medium cucumber (peeled, sliced in half and seeded, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill (minced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a little space around the edges for the crust.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the sauce. Add the chopped lamb souvlaki, followed by the sliced red onion and kalamata olives. Finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano.
  • Bake the pizza for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • While the pizza is baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced dill, minced garlic, and salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.
  • Once the pizza is done, let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the top or serve it on the side for dipping. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
