  • 2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • 1 lb king prawns no tail, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the garlic olive oil over medium heat. Allow the oil to warm up for a minute.
  • Step 2: Add the minced garlic to the skillet, stirring continuously to prevent it from burning. Sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  • Step 3: Sprinkle the sweet paprika into the pan, mixing it well with the garlic. Add the peeled and deveined king prawns. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  • Step 4: Once the shrimp are cooked, squeeze the juice of half a medium lemon over the dish. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly.
