Ingredients

  • 5 ounces chunk light tuna in water can, drained
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt low-fat, plain or clean mayo
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 leaves butter lettuce or iceberg, large
  • 1 whole whole-wheat wrap large
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese reduced-fat, shredded
  • 4 slices pickle or jalapeño slices, optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt (or mayo), kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  • Place the large whole-wheat wrap on a clean surface or a plate.
