Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Cream together the softened butter and light brown sugar until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the caramel bits, chocolate chips, and chopped Milky Way bars.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting out and cutting into squares.
