Milky Way Blondies

These Milky Way Blondies are a sweet, chewy treat bursting with chocolate and caramel flavors!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits or caramel squares cut into quarters
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 15 Fun Size Milky Way candy bars chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Cream together the softened butter and light brown sugar until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the caramel bits, chocolate chips, and chopped Milky Way bars.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting out and cutting into squares.
