Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 15.35 ounces Double Stuff Oreo Cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 5.1 ounces instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

For the Topping:

  • 8 ounces Cool Whip for the top layer

Instructions:

  • Start by crushing the Double Stuff Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the Oreo crust.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and 3 cups of milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Pour this layer over the cream cheese layer.
  • Spread the remaining 8 ounces of Cool Whip over the chocolate pudding layer, smoothing it out for an even finish.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
