  • 1 cup crushed Oreos plus more for topping
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup hot coffee

  • Step 2: Prepare the Baking Dish - Grease your baking dish lightly with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
  • Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, and cocoa powder. Whisk together.
  • Step 4: Combine Wet Ingredients - In a separate bowl, mix whole milk, vegetable oil, and hot coffee.
  • Step 5: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  • Step 6: Add Crushed Oreos - Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  • Step 7: Pour into Baking Dish - Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
