Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp - Ensure shrimp are thawed, peeled, deveined, and rinsed under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2: Season the Shrimp - In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
Step 3: Heat the Pan - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add butter once oil is shimmering.
Step 4: Sear the Shrimp - Place shrimp in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5: Add Garlic - Flip shrimp and add minced garlic. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
Step 6: Finish with Lemon and Parsley - Remove from heat, squeeze lemon juice over shrimp, and sprinkle with zest and parsley. Toss gently.
Step 7: Serve and Enjoy - Transfer shrimp to a serving dish, adding any remaining sauce from the pan. Enjoy immediately.
