Parmesan Garlic Monkey Bread Muffins

Ingredients

For the Muffins:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits 16.3 oz
  • 6 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan divided

Instructions

Method:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
  • Lightly grease your muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan.
  • Open the can of biscuits and cut each into quarters.
  • Toss the biscuit pieces in the garlic parmesan mixture until coated.
  • Fill the muffin tin with the coated biscuit pieces, about 2/3 full.
  • Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the muffin tops.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  • Let cool for a few minutes in the tin before transferring to a cooling rack.
