Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
Lightly grease your muffin tin to prevent sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan.
Open the can of biscuits and cut each into quarters.
Toss the biscuit pieces in the garlic parmesan mixture until coated.
Fill the muffin tin with the coated biscuit pieces, about 2/3 full.
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the muffin tops.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Let cool for a few minutes in the tin before transferring to a cooling rack.
