Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, melted creamy peanut butter, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth. Add in the large egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour half of the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
Spread the entire jar of Smuckers Fruit and Honey Strawberry Fruit Spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.
In a new bowl, combine the remaining peanut butter mixture with the old-fashioned rolled oats, the remaining all-purpose flour, and granulated sugar. Mix until crumbly, then sprinkle this mixture evenly over the fruit spread.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown.
Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift the bars out using the parchment paper overhang, slice into squares, and enjoy!
