Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 3 cups milk any kind preferred
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 1 cup steel cut oatmeal
  • 1 Bananas for topping
  • 1 Truvia Brown Sugar Baking Blend for topping

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Mash the very ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • In the same bowl, add the peanut butter, milk, Truvia Brown Sugar Blend, cinnamon, vanilla, flax seed, and steel cut oats. Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your crockpot. Spread it evenly to ensure even cooking.
  • Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Once cooked, give the oatmeal a good stir. Serve warm, topped with fresh banana slices and an extra sprinkle of Truvia Brown Sugar Baking Blend for sweetness.
