  • Sweetener of choice, to taste
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp protein powder or chia seeds
  • Optional toppings mini chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, sliced banana, etc.

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients on your countertop.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, salt, and protein powder or chia seeds. Stir to combine.
  • Add the peanut butter, milk, and yogurt (or mashed banana) to the dry mixture. Add sweetener if desired.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined, ensuring the peanut butter is evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into your jar or container, leaving some room for toppings.
  • Seal the container and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
