Ingredients

Pink Salt Tonic Base

  • 10 oz filtered water cold
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt large pinch
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice only (≈ 1 Tbsp)
  • 1 tsp raw apple-cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp raw honey or monk-fruit syrup optional, for sweetness
  • ice cubes to serve

Instructions

  • Add the Himalayan pink salt to a tall glass.
  • Pour in fresh lemon juice and apple-cider vinegar; swirl until the salt begins to dissolve.
  • Top with 10 oz cold filtered water and stir gently until fully mixed.
