Pizza Hummus Taquitos

These Pizza Hummus Taquitos are SO DELICIOUS! Creamy hummus wrapped in crispy tortillas, packed with cheesy, zesty goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 container Sabra Classic Hummus (10 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 12 Small flour tortillas
  • 4 oz Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Mini pepperoni

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Sabra Classic Hummus, tomato paste, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, and dried parsley. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the pizza hummus filling onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with some shredded mozzarella cheese and a handful of mini pepperoni. Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling is secure inside. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.
  • Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with cooking spray. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Once baked, remove the taquitos from the oven and let them cool for a minute before serving.
