Instructions
Instructions:
Step 1: Soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours, or hot water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Drain the cashews and blend them with nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
Step 3: Adjust consistency by adding more water if needed, and season to taste.
Step 4: Fold in the chives and parsley.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
