Raspberry Vinaigrette

This Raspberry Vinaigrette is bursting with flavor! A sweet and tangy dressing that elevates any salad or dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced shallots (from one shallot)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of raspberry vinegar, 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons of finely minced shallots.
  • Sprinkle in ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper to enhance the overall flavor of the vinaigrette.
  • Using your whisk, blend all the ingredients together until they are well combined and the dressing has a smooth consistency.
  • Taste your vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more honey for sweetness or more raspberry vinegar for tang.
  • Transfer your Raspberry Vinaigrette into a jar with a lid, shake well before serving, and enjoy!

Notes
