  • 16 oz chocolate CandiQuik
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips

Instructions

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace - Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  • Step 2: Melt the Chocolate - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate CandiQuik and peanut butter chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Step 3: Combine the Cereal and Peanuts - In a large mixing bowl, add the chocolate flavored Chex cereal and roasted peanuts. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until everything is well coated.
  • Step 4: Add the Powdered Sugar - Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the coated cereal and mix thoroughly until all pieces are evenly dusted. This step is crucial for that classic muddy appearance!
  • Step 5: Mix in the Fun Ingredients - Now it’s time to add the Reese’s Minis, Reese’s Pieces, and halved Reese’s Miniatures. Gently fold them into the mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout.
  • Step 6: Cool and Set - Spread the Reeses Muddy Buddies mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
  • Step 7: Serve and Enjoy! - Once cooled, break apart the mixture into bite-sized pieces. Serve in a large bowl or package them up in treat bags for sharing. Enjoy your delicious snack!
