Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked penne
  • 1 package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese (5.2 ounce/150g)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach (packed)

Instructions

  • Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the uncooked penne and cook according to package directions until al dente. This usually takes about 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water, then drain the rest using a colander. Set the drained pasta aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Once hot, add the fresh baby spinach. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes, just until the spinach wilts down.
  • Add the drained penne to the skillet with the spinach. Lower the heat and then add the Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese. Stir well to combine, allowing the cheese to melt and coat the pasta evenly.
  • If the pasta seems too thick, gradually add some of the reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until you reach your desired creaminess.
  • Once everything is well combined and creamy, remove from heat. Serve hot, and enjoy your Ridiculously Easy Boursin Pasta straight from the skillet or in individual bowls.

  • Large Pot
  • Colander
  • Large Skillet

Notes

  • Reserve some pasta water before draining to achieve the perfect creamy consistency.
  • Don’t overcook the spinach; it should be wilted but still vibrant.
  • Adjust the amount of Boursin cheese based on your taste preference.
