  • 2 boiled Eggs chopped
  • 2 slices Rye bread or any good-quality bread
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4-6 leaves Lettuce
  • 300 g Cooked prawns/shrimps unpeeled and peeled
  • 1 Juice Lemon and slices for garnish
  • 4 small sprigs Dill
  • 8 slices Cucumber

  • Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot of water, bring to a boil, and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Afterward, cool them under cold water, peel, and chop them coarsely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked prawns with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently fold in the chopped boiled eggs and mix until everything is well coated.
  • Lay the lettuce leaves on the slices of rye bread. Generously spoon the prawn mixture over the lettuce, making sure to cover the bread evenly.
  • Top the prawn mixture with cucumber slices and garnish with fresh dill sprigs. Add a slice of lemon on the side for an extra pop of color and flavor.
