Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower broken into florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for roasting
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 lemons Lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for lemon dressing

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to caramelize the cauliflower.
  • Step 2: Remove leaves and cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine florets with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. Toss to coat.
  • Step 4: Spread florets on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
