  • Step 2: Prepare the Potatoes - Wash the Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. You can peel them if you prefer, but the skin adds a lovely texture and flavor. Cut each potato into quarters or sixths, depending on their size, aiming for uniform pieces for even cooking.
  • Step 3: Season the Potatoes - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes are well-coated with the seasonings.
