  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure the cream cheese is properly softened to make mixing easier.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and mayo. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the chopped salami, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Lay a piece of plastic wrap on your countertop. Scoop the mixture onto the center of the wrap and shape it into a ball. Once formed, twist the ends of the wrap to secure the shape.
  • Place the wrapped cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until it’s firm enough to hold its shape.
