Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon Fresh or thawed, skin on or off
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon fresh juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Fresh herbs optional, parsley or dill

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly grease your baking dish with a little butter or non-stick spray.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and mix in the minced garlic. Pour over the salmon.
