Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb raw shrimp tailed and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned shrimp, minced garlic, avocado oil, and all the spices. Toss until shrimp are well coated.
  • Step 3: Cut large pieces of aluminum foil – about 12x12 inches. Place 1 cup of broccoli florets on each piece of foil, then top with the shrimp mixture.
  • Step 4: Fold the sides of the foil over the shrimp and broccoli, creating a sealed packet.
  • Step 5: Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Step 6: Carefully open the foil packs (beware of steam) and serve immediately.
