Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned shrimp, minced garlic, avocado oil, and all the spices. Toss until shrimp are well coated.
Step 3: Cut large pieces of aluminum foil – about 12x12 inches. Place 1 cup of broccoli florets on each piece of foil, then top with the shrimp mixture.
Step 4: Fold the sides of the foil over the shrimp and broccoli, creating a sealed packet.
Step 5: Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Step 6: Carefully open the foil packs (beware of steam) and serve immediately.
