  • 5 pieces boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Skinny Ms. Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 whole bell peppers sliced into strips
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
