Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for crispy flautas.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained black beans, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, diced green chiles, and Skinny Ms. taco seasoning. Mash the black beans slightly and mix until well combined.
Take one tortilla and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto one edge. Roll it tightly to create a flauta shape, then place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Lightly spray the tops of the flautas with cooking spray and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings such as salsa, avocado, or Greek yogurt.
