  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Baking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg, flour, and water. Whisk until a thick batter forms.
  • Step 3: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 4: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 5: Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Step 6: Roll each cookie in powdered sugar before baking.
  • Step 7: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm and centers are soft.
