Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 11.5 ounce Snickers Miniatures cut into chunks

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  • Step 2: Cream the Butters and Sugars - In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and peanut butter. Add sugars and mix until fluffy.
  • Step 3: Add Egg and Vanilla - Add egg and vanilla, beating until combined and scraping down the bowl.
  • Step 4: Combine Dry Ingredients - In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Step 5: Mix Dry Ingredients with Wet - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Step 6: Fold in Snickers - Gently fold in Snickers chunks evenly into the dough.
  • Step 7: Scoop and Bake - Portion dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
