Ingredients

For the Marinade:

  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 whole Limes - Juice and Zest
  • 6 cloves Garlic - Smashed

Instructions

Preparation Steps:

  • Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients. Ensure you have all the ingredients listed above. Fresh limes and garlic make a big difference in flavor!
  • Step 2: Prepare the Marinade. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, lime zest, and smashed garlic cloves. Use a whisk or spoon to mix everything until it’s well combined and creamy.
  • Step 3: Season Your Chicken. Take your boneless skinless chicken tenders and season them lightly with salt and pepper. This will enhance the flavor of the chicken as it marinates.
  • Step 4: Marinate the Chicken. Place the chicken tenders in a ziplock bag or an airtight container. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or container and place it in the refrigerator.
  • Step 5: Let It Marinate. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour, but for the best flavor, let it marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Step 6: Cook the Chicken. Preheat your grill or oven. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks or a golden crust.
  • Step 7: Serve and Enjoy! Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve it with your favorite sides, or toss it into a salad, tacos, or pasta!
