  • 2 cups Broccoli medium florets, separated
  • 1 piece Fennel bulb finely sliced
  • 1 piece Zucchini medium, cut in half and quartered
  • 1 piece Carrot medium, peeled, halved, quartered
  • 1 cup Mushrooms a handful, stemmed and quartered
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice ginger, red bell pepper, separate broccoli florets, finely slice fennel, quarter zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms, and chop garlic.
  • Step 2: Heat the Wok - Place your wok or skillet over medium-high heat and warm it up for a couple of minutes.
  • Step 3: Add Oil - Once hot, add a tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat the surface.
  • Step 4: Sauté Garlic and Ginger - Add chopped garlic and sliced ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Step 5: Add the Vegetables - Toss in red bell pepper, broccoli, fennel, zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Step 6: Season and Serve - Season with salt and pepper, and add sauce if desired. Stir to combine and serve hot!
