Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang or sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 cups raw almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gochujang or sriracha, maple syrup, and nutritional yeast. Stir until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Add the raw almonds to the bowl and toss them in the spicy-sweet mixture.
  • Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Once the almonds are golden brown and fragrant, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely.
