Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the gochujang or sriracha, maple syrup, and nutritional yeast. Stir until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the raw almonds to the bowl and toss them in the spicy-sweet mixture.
Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Once the almonds are golden brown and fragrant, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely.
