Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and milk mixture, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
Heat about an inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil, frying for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken bites from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
