Cooking Steps:
Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.
Heat the non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter without browning it.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it sit for a few seconds.
Gently scramble the eggs using a spatula, pushing from the edges to the center.
Add cheese over the eggs before they finish cooking, if desired.
Remove from heat when mostly set but still slightly runny.
