Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 cup Lighthouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup blue cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature is key to achieving crispy wings that everyone will love.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper, ensuring each wing is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  • Step 3: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned wings in a single layer. Bake them for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Step 4: While the wings are baking, mix the buffalo sauce with the whipped cream cheese in a separate bowl for a creamy, spicy coating.
  • Step 5: Once the wings are done, toss them with the buffalo cream cheese sauce until well coated.
  • Step 6: Sprinkle the shredded provolone and crumbled blue cheese over the sauced wings. For extra melted cheese, return the wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Step 7: Transfer the wings to a serving platter and drizzle with extra blue cheese dressing if desired. Serve hot with celery sticks and extra dressing on the side.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use an air fryer instead of baking.

  • Reheat wings in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes to regain crispiness.
