Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This allows your meatballs to cook evenly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup a breeze.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, almond flour, eggs, Greek yogurt, smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, coriander, onion powder, granulated garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything until just combined. Avoid over-mixing as this can make the meatballs tough.
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each one.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden color.
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. You can enjoy them as is, or with your favorite sauce. They also pair beautifully with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
