Put 8 oz strawberry cream cheese (at room temperature) into a medium mixing bowl.
Using a fork, mash and whisk the cream cheese until it is smooth and has no large lumps.
Add 7 oz marshmallow creme to the bowl. Use the fork to whisk and fold the two ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and uniform, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with fruit for dipping (suggestions: strawberries, apple slices, blueberries, or diced pineapple) or mini pretzels.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir again before serving.
