Start by popping the popcorn. If you’re using kernels, pop about 1/2 cup in an air popper or on the stovetop. Once popped, place the popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
Break the almond bark into smaller pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
Pour the melted almond bark over the popped popcorn. Use a spatula or spoon to gently fold the popcorn until it is evenly coated.
Next, add the M&Ms and dry roasted salted peanuts to the bowl. Fold them into the popcorn mixture until everything is well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet. This helps it cool and harden into clusters.
Allow the snack mix to sit for about 30 minutes to cool completely. Once set, break it into pieces and transfer to a serving bowl.
