For the Frosty:

  • 1.5 cups milk of choice or nondairy creamer (almond, soy, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 3/4 cup silken tofu (or soy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean
  • 3-4 tbsp sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave nectar, or stevia)

Instructions

Directions:

  • Gather all your ingredients and place them on your countertop for easy access.
  • In your blender, combine the milk or nondairy creamer and silken tofu. Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Next, add the salt, pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean seeds), and your chosen sweetener. Blend again until everything is fully incorporated and the mixture is silky.
  • Taste your frosty and adjust the sweetness if necessary. You can add more sweetener according to your preference and blend again.
  • Pour the Vanilla Protein Frosty into your serving glasses. You can add some ice cubes if you prefer it extra chilled.
  • For a fun presentation, consider garnishing with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few fresh berries on top. Enjoy your frosty treat right away!
