Begin by placing your 12 oz of bright white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
While the candy melts are melting, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the bark from sticking and make it easier to lift off the sheet once set.
Once melted, pour the white candy melts onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer. Aim for about ¼ inch thickness for the best results.
In separate bowls, melt the 2 tablespoons of dark green candy melts and the 2 tablespoons of red candy melts using the same method as before.
Using a spoon or a piping bag, drizzle the melted dark green and red candy melts over the white chocolate layer. You can create fun swirls or stripes, depending on your preference.
Before the chocolate sets, generously sprinkle holiday-themed sprinkles over the top. This will add a festive touch and a bit of crunch.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the bark is completely set.
Once set, remove the baking sheet from the refrigerator. Carefully peel the bark off the parchment paper and break it into pieces. Serve immediately or store for later!
