White Chocolate Peanut Butter Krispies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 2 pounds white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Start by greasing your 9x13-inch baking dish lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and miniature marshmallows. Pour the melted white chocolate over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and dry roasted peanuts into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use your spatula to spread it evenly and press it down gently.
  • Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the mixture has set completely. Cut into squares once set.
