White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips high-quality
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed candy cane bits

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and half of the crushed candy cane bits until well combined.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, using a spatula to spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy cane bits on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the dish.
  • Cut into squares and serve on a festive platter.
