Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Cream together until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually mix in the Bisquick until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and chopped pretzels.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
