Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Cream together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually mix in the Bisquick until just combined.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and chopped pretzels.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
