Step 8: Prepare the drizzle by combining the orange juice and 85 grams of caster sugar in a saucepan and heating until dissolved.
Step 9: Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes in it and pour the drizzle over.
Step 10: Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
